This talent has sat in with Jazz Assemblage in past festivals, but now brings his own group in the bebop / hardbop vernacular. The quintet features current Ball State and Notre Dame students. Inspired by Duke Ellington, Thelonious Monk and Horace Silver, they dash off Maximillian’s original compositions.
