Started in 2015 by Camden Chaffee and Ben Davis, Soul Six is a sextet comprised of Concord High School Jazz Students. This combo is very active in playing all over the Michiana area and is known as a tight, versatile and eclectic ensemble. 


Adriana Garcia – Piano

Adriana will be attending IUPUI in the fall to major in physical therapy. She started playing piano when she was 10 years old and later on fell deeply in love with playing jazz. Music has impacted her greatly and plans to continue playing music

Josh Peacock – trombone 

Josh is a junior at Concord High School and an experienced concert and jazz trombone musician. Beginning piano instruction at age 6 and having a driving passion for music ever since. Josh’s latest trombone achievements, in the last few months, include the Best Trombone Soloist award at the Ft. Wayne Snider HS Jazz Festival and being accepted to play with the Indiana All-State Band.

Jackson Trowbridge – sax

Jackson is an upcoming sophomore and in accordance to playing saxophone, Jackson also vocal lessons. His drive and passion for music is made evident through his playing. 

Isaac Fisher – Bass

Isaac is an upcoming senior at Concord Community High School. He has devoted considerable amounts of time working at both bass (upright acoustic and electric) and tuba. Isaac is currently a brass student of recognized educator, Gerry Knipfel. 

Adam Peterson – drums 

Adam is a skilled percussionist who comes from the carefully molded percussion section at Concord, under the direction of Mr. Ben Runkel. Adam is the son of well-known area jazz educator, Steve Peterson and gets musical direction from him as well as his private teacher, Jim Bollero. 

Erica Kinsman – Vocals

Erica has been pursuing classical and jazz voice studies for four years.  In addition to private lessons, she also is active on her church worship team.  She plans to continue studying music as a Music Education student at Bethel University in the fall.
