REFUND POLICY
Please note that refunds for tickets will not be issued under any circumstances, including changes to the published schedule. Elkhart Jazz Festival tickets allow you access to several venues with several performances throughout the session period. If you are counting on seeing a particular performer, arrive at that venue early, as some venues fill up quickly. Tickets will not be refunded if you are not able to get into a venue or see a particular performer.
Tickets also are not refunded for weather. In the event of rain, indoor performances will go on. Some outdoor performances may be cancelled.
